| The photographer
arrived in Yellowstone in the late afternoon of day one of his visit
and left in the early morning of day three. It was windy, cold,
and wet the entire time he was in Yellowstone and the photographer
loved every minute of it. Unfortunently we lost 2 rolls of exposed
film. Not good. Everything was shot with a Nikon F with a 28mm lens.
Vistas, vistas. |
Visiting the park
in May and June might make you wet and cold but the crowds will
be much smaller. Even with the smaller crowds it's best to get out
earling in the morning before the families get roaming. We had almost
empty roads until 10am in the morning. Remember we were up at 4am,
stopped for breakfast at 7am and saw what we wanted to see by noon. |
