Surf Dancer
Most mornings down at Main Beach here in Laguna Beach Michael can be seen dancing with the surf. From family man to homeless and now a working stiff who just happens to get his morning wake-up call and exercise by listening to his music and dancing with the surf.
Storm Reporters
The young woman is a reporter for KCBS/KCAL here in the Los Angeles/Orange County, California. She is writing her story before going live in front of the camera. Yes folks they really do take notes and write a real story.
She was at Aliso Beach, Laguna Beach, California reporting on the high winds, big surf and the high level of Aliso Creek.
The problem was the wind. It was coming directly off the ocean and every time you pointed the camera in the direction of the surf the lens would get moisture all over it and it had to be cleaned off.
Even the news camera operator was having problems and he must have moved the camera two or three times. He finially gave up and took it off the tripod and hand held it.
What you’re seeing is a photo taken through a lens coated with moisture.
Rained On My Day
Was trying to get a photo of umbrellas and the rain. We don’t see rain that often in Laguna Beach and so I was trying to get a photo of someone using an umbrella.
In short you need to check the settings of the camera.
I kind of like it.
The Rose Parade In A Flash
I have created a flash show of just a few of my photos from the Rose Parade. My primary objective at the parade was to get a Kodachrome shot for a project I’m working on. Still have a long way to go with that idea. At this time I don’t even know what it will look like.
